Starting a new website project can feel overwhelming — we get it.
That’s why we’ve spent years refining our design process to be efficient, enjoyable, and refreshingly stress-free. From the first chat to final polish, you’ll collaborate directly with our design team every step of the way.
We believe in real conversations, thoughtful guidance, and a website you’ll be proud to share.
01. Website Worksheet
After signing up, your website project is created in Basecamp (our favorite online collaboration tool). Your first task is to complete a one-page worksheet to provide the initial information about you and your business.
02. Project Consultation
A designer will call you to discuss the information you have provided on the website worksheet, and chat about design possibilities. We will then scout suitable designs for your project.
03. Design Presentation
Your hand-picked list of designs will be uploaded to Basecamp for your review. Click through the design demos and create a shortlist of your favorites. A designer will then call to help you choose the perfect design.
04. Website Navigation
Now is your chance to tell us about the pages you need and desired layout. To get you started, we upload a default navigation which includes our core pages (homepage, contact, buyer’s guide, seller’s guide, etc.) and invite you to revise as needed.
05. Page Content
After we determine your website navigation, you will be required to provide the content for any custom pages you have requested. Upload the content (text, photographs, documents, etc.) directly to Basecamp for our review.
06. Now We Build!
Sit back and relax while our skilled design team gets to work on creating your new real estate website. This stage of the process typically takes around one month (a little longer for larger sites) to complete and we’ll keep you posted as we progress with the website build.
07. Pre-Launch Review
Review the finished website on our testing server and request any revisions to prepare for live launching. When you are ready, we will launch the website to your main domain and start the website maintenance service (if applicable).
